We are a homeschool family in Memphis seeking a patient, reliable person to support our 6-year-old son with autism during homeschool hours. He receives ABA therapy, and we need help on his off days with structured, sensory-friendly activities, supporting communication, and reinforcing routine. Ideal candidates have experience with autism, early childhood, or special education. Bonus if you're calm, nurturing, familiar with nonverbal support strategies, or have a background in ABA, speech, or occupational therapy. This is a consistent, in-home role with a loving family.
