I am looking for a tutor over the summer to work with my sons at home, ages 8 years old (special education, has ADHD and sensory needs, requires patience to help keep him focusing!) and a 5-year-old. Ideal help for older child will include reinforcement with writing, spelling, and math to prepare him for going into the 3rd grade in the Fall. Younger child would like some reinforced work with reading and math readiness. He still holds writing implement like a club. I have many educational toys and materials at home available for use. Would like to have about 45 minutes (or so, attention permitting) with each child, but will pay for 2 hours of work. Would like a tutor to meet with children up to 3 times per week, preferably in mornings as that is when focus is best.
