Seeking a structured, experienced tutor 2-3 times/week for rising 7th grader. Tutor must come with a clear plan, including workbooks/materials and assigned homework. This should not be a casual or unstructured approach. In-person only. Focus Areas: Reading comprehension (self-monitoring, summarizing, visualization) Vocabulary remediation (previewing content, word notebooks) Structured writing support (graphic organizers, paragraph development) Ideal Tutor: -Background in education or literacy support -Experience with middle-school learners and learning differences -Familiar with executive functioning strategies -Ability to provide materials and drive instruction with consistency
