We are seeking a part-time tutor to support a motivated student between the 6th to 7th grade. Tutoring will focus on general education subjects including English, Math, Science, History, and Study Skills. Responsibilities: - Keep the student engaged in structured academic activities throughout the summer - Use your own curriculum if desired or provided workbooks (without the use of technology) - Incorporate enrichment opportunities such as the local library's summer reading program and story-walks if helpful - Conduct sessions at a public location (e. g., Manhattan Public Library) or at the student's home as needed - Provide transportation, including pick-up and drop-off from home or activities
