About the job

We're looking for a warm, engaging caregiver to spend 3 to 4 hours a day, 3 days a week, with our 1 yr old in our home as an alternative to daycare. This is a play-based, learning-focused role centered around reading, talking, singing, sensory activities, and safe exploration (indoor and light outdoor). She loves the water, so pool play is welcome if you're comfortable. No diapering is needed initially (grandma is home), and we value someone who will support her language development and curiosity with lots of interactive play. Occasional help with our kindergartener's homework or reading may be needed. Looking for someone reliable, patient, and comfortable working in a home environment with a flexible, child-led approach.
