We are developing a 24/7 caregiver schedule for our dad who resides in Menomonee Falls. Dad is in later stages of brain cancer and is at home with Palliative Care support. The ideal caregiver for our dad is trustworthy, patient, and soft-hearted in character and exhibits an observant, problem solving, and detail-oriented approach to their work. Level of care required: medication management, hygiene, nutrition, repositioning, promote/provide cognitive and physical activity as tolerated, incontinence support, skin monitoring/care, etc. We want all caregivers to be comfortable in their role and enjoy taking care of our dad. Everyone should feel they are a valuable member of a professional and collaborative care team/family. Last! Dog lovers required! : )
