About the job

About who needs care: My mom is having sight problems and although she is very mobile, she has trouble cooking and cleaning due to eminent tremors. She can no longer drive herself. My brother lives with her but he has his own health issues and its difficult for him to keep up with caring for her. About the care needs: My mom is very friendly and chatty. She does not trust easily and gets sassy in her aging. She cant do a lot because of her tremors but she likes to go out and shop and go to the movies and also likes to read. She also loves to bake and if someone could help her with some of the process she would love that. Just cooking and cleaning mainly - just light cleaning - kitchen and bathroom. My mom can do her own wash. She fairly independent but recently her aging is keeping her from doing certain things. Services needed include: transportation, meal preparation, errands / shopping, light housekeeping, and companionship.
