We're seeking a compassionate, reliable caregiver to support an easy going 85-year-old man with dementia in a peaceful Monroe home. He enjoys a calm lifestyle, and has a medium-sized dog. Responsibilities Assist with personal hygiene, meal preparation, and light housekeeping. Support daily exercise routine and provide medication reminders. Offer companionship and engage in light activities (e. g., conversation, walks). Light pet care (e. g., feeding, short walks) must be comfortable with dogs. Qualifications Compassionate, kind, dependable, and flexible. Schedule & Compensation 2 24-hour shifts/week (5 p.m. to 5PM) $300/shift , Bonuses $200 after 6 months, $500 after 1 year.
