About who needs care: He has balance issues and difficulty with his legs. He is on seizure medications and other medications. Needs help with mobility around the house, ensure strict adherence to medication, ensure he eats and drinks in a timely manner. About the care needs: Someone who is capable of moving a 5'10" 200lb man in case his legs give out on him. Someone capable of administering a nasal spray in case of a seizure. Someone who can make sure there's strict adherence to medication. Services needed include: transportation, meal preparation, errands / shopping, light housekeeping, feeding, bathing / dressing, and mobility assistance.
