About the job

Mother w/ diagnosis of Alzheimer's. She needs help with getting to PT appts, to engage in Daily activities and transport to activities in community such as Silver Sneakers, Bingo, shopping, movies, etc. to assist her in remaining in her apt. Caregiver needs to be very patient as she is verbally and can be physically aggressive, reliable and a non-smoker. She needs prompting to bathe and complete all ADL's, cooking meals and ensuring she takes meds daily that are pre-packaged. Caregiver must have drivers license and able to transport during day or evening hours. Services needed: Transportation and companionship. Overnights (paid at $12. 5/hr as sleeps throughout night) also needed as she is a flight risk. ( Has ankle locator device supplied by Chesterfield County) Rate of $12. 50-15/hr is not negotiable at present.
