About who needs care: Need care for BOTH of my parents (male & female). They are still living in their own home. They both have short term memory loss issues. Unfortunately, they do not think they need help, so they are not very receptive to the prospect of getting help. However the reality is it is absolutely necessary at this point, and the only way they will be able to continue to live independently. About the care needs: They were not consistently taking their prescribed medicines/supplements, so this will be part of what we want the caregiver to help with reminder. Services needed include: meal preparation, errands / shopping, light housekeeping. (e. g. laundry, vacuuming/sweeping, change sheets, wipe down bathrooms, dusting). Transportation would only be local and most destinations would be within a 5 mile radius of the house
