About the job

We are looking for hands-on care to provide assistance: companion care, toileting, dressing, feeding, bathing, and transferring, for a man who is suffering from a serious disease. I am significantly mobility limited. This job is caregiving, with some light housekeeping for the day shift. I weigh about 150lbs and require 24-hour care. The shifts are as follows: Morning (7-10am, $90) Get me out of bed, bathed, dressed, fed, toileted, and ready for the day. Day (10am-4pm, $120): Assist with the daily routine. Light housekeeping. Evening (4-9pm, $100): Assist with the evening routine. Night (9pm-7am, $220): Bedtime routine. Sleep in the home and answer the Attendant Call device. We currently have five Caregivers. One is leaving. Our five Caregivers share the schedule and cover for each other when necessary. We pay by check weekly.
