About the job

About who needs care: My daughter has high functioning Autism and needs someone to be in the house for safety supervision. I am looking for someone to monitor her safety and do light housekeeping. Taking her for walks to the playground and other possible activities. About the care needs: I am looking for someone who has personal experience with Autism either personally as a close family or in their work experience. I need someone who looks at what needs to be done and is proactive in taking initiative to provide my daughter with opportunities for enrichment. You must be patient and kind and learn how to prevent meltdowns but be ready to handle a meltdown if it occurs Services needed include: transportation, meal preparation, errands / shopping, and light housekeeping.
