The hours have some flexibility. Need friendly Aide who takes initiative as caregiver. Mom has osteoporosis and arthritis and moves slowly. She uses walker and Aide always uses gait belt right beside her to help her stand, sit, walk, while in restroom and whenever she's out of her chair or bed. Aide's basic duties - Wake her at 11 a.m. and assist PRN as dresses herself - Meds prompts - Cook breakfast and prep light dinner for later use (eats unassisted) - Snack is a protein juice box - Provide restroom hygiene - Caregiver light cleaning tasks. NOTE: Her awake time is in her recliner watching TV alone. You can use your free time any way you wish between your basic duties and caring for Mom. Staying alert at the kitchen table and still keeping a close eye on Mom when she's in the TV room or in bed (on monitor) is critical
