About the job

I need senior care preferably with experience for a 76 yr old man who is in the beginning stages of dementia. He lives alone, does not have any children, and has very little communication with his 1 sister who lives out of town. Our care concerns are: Light Housekeeping, Mobility Assistance (he is wheelchair bound), Bathing / Dressing (usually taken care of by day caregiver but accidents do happen during the night), Feeding (occasionally make his breakfast shake if he gets up before day shift caregiver arrives), Companionship (THIS IS THE MOST IMPORTANT ASPECT OF THIS JOB) He suffers from anxiety and depression very bad and fears being alone. Pay starts @ $17, evaluated after 30 days w/ potential raise to $18, evaluated in another 30 days w/ potential raise to $20. Schedule is 9pm-9am
