About who needs care: My mom is Losing eyesight gradually from macular degeneration, starting to have problems with some daily task like cleaning, cooking, etc. , will need some transportation when I am not available to help, About the care needs: Mom needs an assistant to help with some daily tasks. She needs a social person that would be a good friend . She needs a person to help motivate her to do things. Her mind is sharp just has mild memory problems. She needs assistance when walking due to vision loss to just help her know obstacles upcoming. She doesn't have depth perception especially in new environments. Services needed include: transportation, meal preparation, errands / shopping, light housekeeping, and mobility assistance.
