About the job

My mom is 80 and lives in her own home with two small dogs. She has basic mobility but is sedentary. Her mental health is good. She needs help with companionship, meal prep, running errands and basic dog care. There is not a lot to be done but I'm most interested in a live-in arrangement because of the companionship component. A house keeper comes routinely. My mom has a VA-provided assistant that comes three times per week to assist with bathing and other personal needs. A dog walker walks the dogs. A person accepting this position would have the upstairs master suite with sitting area, office area, bath and walk-in closet. Compensation is negotiable with plenty of flexible/personal time. The ideal candidate is likely a woman in her 60s or similar who is interested in such an arrangement. I'm glad to discuss details further.
