About the job

We are looking for care Monday through Friday 4:00 p.m. to 8:30 p.m. for our 86-year-old Mother who has Parkinson's Disease and moderate Parkinson's dementia. The caregiving includes cooking dinner, cleaning up kitchen and getting her ready for bed and into bed. She needs hands on care helping her change her Depends (urinary incontinence) and getting nightgown on, face washed, teeth brushed and getting into bed. She is ambulatory and uses a rollator when she can remember it and needs alot of safety prompts. My 86-year-old Father also lives with her and he is doing very well, but the care for her is becoming overwhelming. They live in far West Knoxville near Farragut.
