About who needs care: Diabetic and Heart Failure. Need breakfast and dinners prepared with no salt and low sugar. Very cognitive, but balance is very unsteady. Laundry, and maybe some errands. Transport to physician appointments if family is unavailable. About the care needs: Good listener. Outgoing and positive. My Dad is self motivated and wants to keep moving. No hobbies or interests, he has worked all of his life. Services needed include: transportation, meal preparation, errands / shopping, and light housekeeping.
