About who needs care: Multitude of chronic conditions but mostly needs assistance with medication management and showering assistance. Once in awhile transportation to medical appts. Uses walker for gait assistance but could also use some encouragement in some basic exercises like walking or chair exercises About the care needs: Good candidate will need a lot of patience and be able to push him a little more to do some exercises. Maybe light meal prep. Services needed include: transportation, meal preparation, errands / shopping, light housekeeping, feeding, bathing / dressing, and mobility assistance.
