Seeking a kind, dependable and compassionate individual to provide as-needed support for mom, who lives in a Five Forks memory care facility. She has dementia and greatly benefits from a familiar, attentive presence during her mid-morning and early evening routines. Involves checking in on her twice per day, typically mid-morning and early evening, and ensuring she is clean, comfortable, and emotionally supported. Visits typically last 30 minutes to 2 hours, depending on the day and your availability. As-needed opportunity, only when we're unavailable. We are currently looking for someone who is available for certain weeks of this summer and ideally beyond. This is not a clinical caregiving role but rather someone who can act as a reliable and compassionate second set of eyes and hands for our family.
