About who needs care: I have two parents that need care. my mother is 99 years old and my father is 97 years old. both take medication and must be taken to doctors appointments and banking when required. About the care needs: A person who is respectful, kind, understanding. getting the mother in and out of tub taking care of her dry skin making sure their depends are changed regularly to avoid infection. Keeping their bed clean. Making sure they take their medication as required. Cooking and preparing their meals what they like. Keeping their home clean. washing their clothes. My mother knows what she likes to wear and so does my father. Hobbies being able to talk with my parents, watching tv with them just being company with them. they are intelligent and very well spoken at their age, so conversation is not a problem. My father likes to be outside mowing the lawn, and he is a mechanic likes to work on cars. My mother must be made to use her walker at all times. Sundays, if at all possible, to attend church services. If unable to attend the church may visit with them. Services needed include: transportation, meal preparation, errands / shopping, light housekeeping, companionship, feeding, and bathing / dressing.
