About the job

About who needs care: Mom is 89 turning 90 in August. She has non Hodgkins lymphoma which whch has been treated and she is doing well. She also high blood pressure, mild kidney disease and wet macular degeneration. Her vision is deteriorating. She uses a cane but is still unsteady on her feet. She lives alone and likes her independence. About the care needs: Mom loves watching the birds and squirrels in her backyard. She has a very large family. She enjoys reading or listening to books. A friendly woman who speaks clear English would be best. Mom does wear hearing aids. Services needed include: transportation, meal preparation, errands / shopping, light housekeeping, and companionship.
