About the job

As a quadriplegic living in Lititz, I'm currently seeking one or two reliable caregivers to assist me every other weekend, Saturday and Sunday, during the afternoon and bedtime shifts. Ideally, you'd be available for both, but if you can only cover one, please don't hesitate to reach out. The afternoon shift begins around 3:30 p.m. and includes light housekeeping, meal prep, and feeding. The bedtime shift starts around 9:00 p.m. and involves getting me ready for bed, manually transferring me into bed, positioning me comfortably for the night, and administering medication. Each shift lasts about two hours. Experience is welcome but not required, reliability and consistency are most important. I offer a supportive environment and pay approximately $21 per hour.
