About the job

About who needs care: He had a major stroke in 2023. He is able to talk a few words, follow command and express his needs. He has always co-operated with staff in hospital, rehab and at home. He is on room air. We help him stand with assistance. We hoyer lift him to sit in the wheelchair for 4-6 hours daily. He has a feeding tube (family will feed him meds and nutrition). Before stroke, he used to walk 1-2 hours daily. He can't walk now. He has a masters degree in Economics. His wife and daughter (or son-in-law) will be at home at all the times. Thank you! About the care needs: He needs help with personal care, and making him sit in the bed with assistance. Services needed include: oral care/brushing/bathing/dressing, diaper change and mobility assistance.
