About who needs care: She has a handful of mental health issues as well as brain damage from lithium toxicity poisoning. She's pretty slow moving and thinking. She can do everything she needs to do in the house but needs to be told to do it, otherwise she'll lie on the couch all day. She also recently received 10 ECT treatments and has been really extra fatigued and unmotivated since her release from the hospital 8 days ago. She's on a fixed income, so we're also wondering what Medicare and/or Highmark might cover here. About the care needs: A patient person who is amused by weird beings would help. She's one of a kind. The person would also have to be proactive in getting her moving as she is certainly the victim of inertia. Services needed include: transportation, and companionship.
