We are seeking compassionate and reliable individuals to join our team as Caregivers who will be assigned in Client's homes. We work with Home-based clients in the five counties around Philadelphia. The ideal candidates will possess the following qualifications: High school diploma or equivalent. Proficiency in English (additional languages are advantageous). Completion of a basic aide training program and/or Direct Care Worker test. Access to dependable transportation for commuting to and from work. Completion of all necessary health screenings and successful background check clearance. Previous experience as a personal caregiver, CNA, or similar role. Demonstrated emotional and mental maturity essential for fostering positive relationships with clients, their families, and colleagues. Ability to safely lift, turn, and transfer clients weighing up to 50 pounds. Responsibilities: As a Direct Care Worker or Home Care Aide, your primary responsibilities will include: Assisting clients with personal hygiene tasks such as bathing, grooming, and dressing. Ensuring a clean and safe living environment for clients. Preparation of nutritious meals. Running errands as directed by supervisors. Helping clients with transfers and mobility. Providing reminders for medication schedules. Engaging clients in stimulating activities to promote mental alertness. Offering emotional and psychological support to clients and household members. Building trustful relationships with clients and their families while maintaining confidentiality. Reporting any changes in client's physical or mental condition promptly. Informing the company about any alterations in the home environment. Following instructions from supervisors and communicating any relevant changes in care. Performing routine housekeeping duties to ensure a comfortable environment for clients. Participating in company-provided in-service education sessions as required by policies and regulations.
