About who needs care: -dementia -She like attending senior center for Bunco games and LOVES to watch the ships pass along the river near her home -Needs help with organizing medications and remembering to take medication, reminders of the dates and transportation to store and misc. errands. About the care needs: She is not needed too much care, she can do household chores and personal care w/o issues Services needed include: transportation, meal preparation, errands / shopping, and light housekeeping.
