About the job

We need hands-on care to take care of my husband in Salem. He has Parkinson's disease, and dementia. Personal care is required including, transfer assistance, feeding, toileting, bathing, dressing. Seeking someone to handle meal preparation while also keeping an eye on him. Duties include providing companionship and social interaction. Conversing can be difficult because he is soft spoken and trouble with enunciating words. Preferences for a caregiver who is a non-smoker, comfortable with pets and CPR / first-aid trained.
