About the job

About who needs care: We have a resident in our independent living community who will need morning and evening help for a few weeks following a lower back surgery. Surgery will likely be scheduled in August. About the care needs: Consistency and maintaining privacy boundaries are important. If one (or two) caregivers could be assigned so that the same people are providing the care for these few weeks, that would be preferable. He is quiet, introverted, and kind in his personality. No cognitive issues, he does struggle with anxiety. Calm and levelheaded caregiver would be a great match Services needed include: feeding, and bathing / dressing.
