About the job

About who needs care: 78-year-old female with dementia. Unable to walk. Pleasant demeanor. Lives with 80-year-old spouse who does all of caregiving, but is worn out and needs some extra help. About the care needs: We need someone skilled in toileting, bathing, dressing, safe transfers. And someone who will engage my mom in conversation and do activities with her, not just sit her in front of the TV Services needed include: meal preparation, errands / shopping, light housekeeping, companionship, feeding, bathing / dressing, and mobility assistance.
