Dad returning home after skilled nursing stay. We need senior care provider with experience for a couple of hours multiple times per day. Our care concerns are: Light Housekeeping, Help Staying Physically Active, Bathing / Dressing, Feeding, Meal Preparation, Transportation. Please be willing to do light housekeeping. Some help needed with bathing. Responsibilities include feeding. Additional responsibilities include meal preparation. We ask that you handle transportation as needed.
