About the job

A lot of the help that is needed comes down to companionship. Overall my grandmother is self-sufficient, but needs help keeping focused and on task Wake up, eat breakfast , take meds at 10-11 a.m. Lunch and then snacks throughout the day TV Playing mahjong on the computer Walks around the neighborhood It would be nice to get Ideally I would like to have someone that is experienced with people that have dementia, but it isn't necessarily required Definitely need someone that is kind, patient, knowledgeable and compassionate I need someone trustworthy My grandmother is very special and important to me, she is like my mother and my best friend Our home has parking The parking situation is a little goofy, usually we have people park in back by the garage There are bus stops within walking distance of our home Our family includes 5 cats 3 are very friendly, 2 are older just hang out and hide
