About the job

Looking for care for my father, who has experienced TBI with some memory loss. He ambulates with a walker and is continent (with a consistent toileting schedule) but wears a brief for dribble protection. He suffered a fall (with no injury) secondary to a urinary tract infection, was hospitalized, treated, and has been in rehab since mid-May. The expected discharge date is mid-June. He attends an adult day program for veterans M-W-F. I am willing to hire multiple people to fulfill the schedule below. M-W-F 6am-10am: Help get him up, assist with dressing and am care, breakfast, and taking his meds before SCAT bus arrival between 7-8. After he leaves for program light housekeeping, meal prep for dinner and some laundry. 4pm-8pm: companion, help with dinner, meds, shower, and bedtime. TUES & THURSDAY flexible
