About the job

HI! I am looking for someone with kindness and patience to help my 82-year-old mother two days a week, Tuesdays and Fridays. Ideally, you would arrive at 9 a.m. at her home in Middleburgh and help her with personal care tasks (shower/diaper checks), bedding chances, keeping her company, ensuring she takes her meds, etc. for a few hours till 1 p.m. She is getting frail these days and needs assistance moving from one location to the next. She is blind, so she depends on someone talking to her. She lives with her others: daughter/son in law and her granddaughter/husband. During the day they work and don't get the time to devote to her needs. She has her own bedroom and bathroom on the same level as the kitchen. There are dogs in the household but they can be locked off from the living space she occupies while you are there.
