About the job

About who needs care: Mom had stroke on right side. She can talk, feed herself and with assistance walk short distances. She primarily is in her wheelchair. She needs help to the commode, bathing and dressing. She uses a sit to stand to make DLA easier. My dad is also in the home. About the care needs: Patience of course is always a good virtue. Willing to do daily exercises with her and massaging of feet and legs. No specialized skills - we will train. Mom likes to do small art projects and color. She also when she can likes to help with cooking. Services needed include: meal preparation, errands / shopping, light housekeeping, companionship, feeding, bathing / dressing, and mobility assistance.
