About the job

About who needs care: My grandmother has severe dementia. Its progressed to the point she cannot speak. We need help overnight, repositioning in bed and someone to be there with her. About the care needs: Ideally Spanish speaking, compassionate, empathetic and respectful. Skills needed are someone who knows the signs of choking, and is equipped to help with mobility issues like repositioning. Services needed include: meal preparation, errands / shopping, light housekeeping, companionship, feeding, bathing / dressing, and mobility assistance.
