In laws are currently in their own house in FL. Fathers is 91 with dementia, mother is 87. She can no longer provide for him. She wants a condo in NJ where home care would come. Companionship, walk him around, bathe and dress him. She is afraid eventually she may also need assistance but right now she's fine
