Looking for a reliable part-time certified health care aide to help senior with activities of daily living. Health care aide must be lovable, compassionate and patient to work with the senior with moderate dementia, hearing loss, mobility challenges, and being incontinent due to osteoarthritis. Assist with hygiene (bathing and dressing), mobility assistance, medication reminder and meal prep. Some light housekeeping. Important, communicate with family members by reporting any changes to the patient's well-being including picking up the phone when family members call to check on the senior and for general updates. Maintain a safe and secure environment. Must have a good social connection with senior to help prevent mental decline. Requirements: Home Health Aide certified, CPR and First Aid certifications.
