About who needs care: Starting to show signs of cognitive related issues Short term memory is occuring Not taking care of cleaning his clothes and clothes selection is bad. AM breakfast seems to be toast Reminder to put hearing aids in and Reminder to take 5 a.m. pills About the care needs: Good communicator... his hearing is going so a heavy non-English accent would not be good A self starter who initiates. Not someone who sits and watches TV the whole time ;-) Services needed include: meal preparation, errands / shopping, light housekeeping, feeding, and bathing / dressing.
