About the job

We need companion care to take care of my father in Cliffside Park. Assistance with medication organization and reminders. Please be willing to do light housekeeping. Additional responsibilities include meal preparation. We're looking for someone to provide companionship. We'll need you to handle groceries or errands when appropriate. You'll be responsible for transporting to/from doctor appointments and social plans; he has a car. Preferences for a caregiver who is a non-smoker. Needs modest support with hygiene. He is prone to occasional falls, so support with mobility is needed, but does not involve lifting. He has a very poor memory, so requires someone who can help remember plans, medication schedule, and even when he should bath and groom.
