About who needs care: Arthritis , Insomnia , PTSD and Depression. I usually wake up at around 11 a.m. and 1 p.m. due to Insomnia . About the care needs: Someone who can prepare breakfast and lunch , drops off and picks up laundry ( once a month ), helps me to clean the bathtub . Services needed include: meal preparation, errands / shopping, and light housekeeping.
