About who needs care: Medically complex 79-year-old (kidney transplant patient, autoimmune diabetes type 1. 5) with increasing confusion. We're in the process of moving her out of her apt into our home, and are looking for assistance for when I (her daughter) cannot be here. About the care needs: The ideal caregiver would be a female, and an open-minded, curious, liberal-hearted person would get along with my mom best. Please, no Trump supporters. Services needed include: meal preparation, light housekeeping, and companionship. Also, help taking medication on schedule, and when her back pain is really bad, she may need a little help getting around the house with her canes. We are also hoping to find someone who could stay over in our house with her for a few days when we have to be out of town.
