About who needs care: My name is Carol I have stage 3 heart failure im also have type 2 diabetes I'm 54 yrs old I need help with daily activities grocery shopping cleaning my bungalow transportation to doctors appointment and someone here when I shower I get weak dizzy and my body swells up from head to toe from edema heart fluid because I'm stage 3 heart failure thank you for your time Services needed include: transportation, meal preparation, errands / shopping, light housekeeping, companionship, feeding, bathing / dressing, and mobility assistance.
