About the job

About who needs care: Recovering from stroke. Diabetic under control and monitored by self and medical services at First Health. At present issues are eating patterns, medicine checks for accuracy.. we are working with nurse to set a schedule and check list. and some amount of transportation when I am unable to take him to an appointment. About the care needs: Good fit: Quiet and friendly. Good listener. Provide meals and check on meds. Services needed include: transportation, meal preparation, errands / shopping, light housekeeping, feeding, and bathing / dressing.
