About the job

About who needs care: My dad has Parkinsons and has very low vision. Moves from bed to wheelchair to living room recliner and back. About the care needs: CNA training would be preferred. Position requires lifting. Requires changing diapers, bed bath(although a nurse comes twice a week for that specifically). Would ask that a meal or sandwich be prepared. He does need to be fed either at the table or in his recliner. Need to make sure meds are taken at dinner and bed time which is about 8:30. My mom would be there as well. She is social and does like some conversation. Services needed include: meal preparation, errands / shopping, light housekeeping, feeding, bathing / dressing, and mobility assistance.
