About the job
I need transportation from my home in Cornelius to Hospital in Huntersville for an outpatient procedure. It's a fairly simple procedure but I will be put under anesthesia and require transportation to and from hospital and someone to stay on the hospital property during procedure. The procedure is scheduled for June 9th @ 3:00 with the need to arrive at the hospital in Huntersville @ 2:15
