About the job

About who needs care: Is in rehab now for mobility help; lives in own home; can walk, but is a fall risk; needs assistance with laundry, light meals, someone to be with her so she can stay out of a nursing home. About the care needs: Someone who can communicate with someone hard of hearing. A female caregiver; someone who can prepare a light breakfast or lunch, assist in getting the patient to and from the bathroom, assist in getting dressed; basically, being with her so she doesn't fall. This is a very delightful woman with an amazing history who is very kind, loving and friendly and easy to please. We want to try to let her stay in her own home as long as possible. Services needed include: meal preparation, errands / shopping, light housekeeping, feeding, bathing / dressing, and mobility assistance.
