About who needs care: Patient has a condition called Akathisia. Patient needs an experienced mental health CNA / PCA to travel with him from MI to MN to the Mayo Clinic for a surgery. Care taker must have experience with Parkinson's related conditions / Psychiatric background is a plus - About the care needs: Patient is easy to get along with - the caretaker must have experience in mental health field, must be compassionate, must be able to emphasize with patient, and reassure patient that he is okay - must be able to remain calm at all times. Services needed include: transportation, companionship, feeding, bathing / dressing, and mobility assistance.
