I'm looking for a hands on caregiver for my father in his 80s. It will be at least a couple times a month on Saturday/Sunday. Assistance with medication is needed. Duties include providing companionship and social interaction. Preferences for a caregiver who is comfortable with pets. (I do have someone to let them out). We will have a meal ready for him and he just needs help with mobility - transfer from wheelchair to toilet, bed, chair, etc. He is incontinent and would require help to undress, wipe and pull up diaper. He has dementia and Parkinson's which hinders movement. Goes to sleep around 8-9. Coffee and pastries in the AM. Not a very difficult person, would just like to keep him home in a familiar setting.
